These are yummy and easy to make. All you need are a few ingredients and your refrigerator. Looking for a recipe to use with kids? This would work well.
1 C regular, uncooked oats
1/2 C chocolate chips (I used 1/3 C mini)
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C ground flaxseed
1/3 C honey
Mix all of this together in a bowl. It will be sticky. Use a spoon or two and roll dough into balls on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate them for a few hours until set. They’ll keep for a few days, refrigerated, if they aren’t gobbled up first. This recipe made 15 balls for us.
